Scott Tarr joins Hartley Wintney FC as Head Coach.
The club is delighted to announce that Scott Tarr has joined the coaching staff ready for the new season. Scott joins Hartley Wintney from Frimley Green FC, where he was First Team manager last season. He will assist Neville Roach as First Team Head Coach.
Mick Wollen will be First Team Assistant Manager.
Scott brings a great deal of experience and renowned motivational skills to the club's coaching staff. He became a goalkeeping legend with the fans while playing at nearby Basingstoke Town, where the friendship between himself and then team-mate, Neville Roach, developed.
"I'm delighted that Scott has agreed to join us," Neville told the club's website, "and I know for sure he's going to bring a lot of good ideas, and inspire the players in the way only Scott can do, to help us step our game up this coming season. It'll be great to have him alongside Mick and myself."
Pre-season training is set to begin on Saturday 2nd July (players to meet at the ground for an 11:30 start) and a number of pre-season friendlies have already been arranged and will be posted here shortly.
